Job Description \n Electrotechnology, Information Technology and CreativeIndustry Skills Board (ETITC ISB)Wellington preferred, with flexible remote working available for the right candidate (Regionally Remote)\n The ETITCISB is gaining momentum, andwe’re looking for a talented Communications Advisor to help shape our voice,strengthen our presence, and support relationships across our sectors.

\n This is a permanent, part-time role; 0.6-0.8 FTE (24-32hours per week) where you'll bring your communications expertise to a growingorganisation, working collaboratively with the senior leadership team, industrystakeholders and partners across our sectors.

\n Clear, purposeful communication is essential to how we buildtrust and engageindustry. In this role, you’ll help shape theorganisation’s presence, credibility, and relationships as we move into thenext phase of establishment.

What you’ll be doing\n In this role, you’ll:

\n \n Createengaging content across newsletters, web, social media, media releases,industry publications and stakeholder communications.

\n Manageand grow ETITC ISB's digital presence, including website, email and socialmedia channels.

\n Buildrelationships with industry media, stakeholders and partners to promoteETITC ISB's work and priorities.

\n Supportsenior leaders with communications, presentations and key stakeholdermessaging.

\n Developmarketing and promotional activities that strengthen ETITC ISB's profileand brand.

\n Monitorcommunications performance and identify opportunities to improveengagement and reach.

\n Provideinternal communications that keep kaimahi informed and connected.

\n UpholdTe Tiriti o Waitangi principles in communications and stakeholderengagement.

\n What we’re looking for\n We’re looking for someone who has:

\n \n Exceptionalwriting and editing skills.

\n Strongstakeholder and relationship management capability.

\n Experienceacross digital communications, web, social media, and content development.

\n Excellentorganisation, judgement, and attention to detail.

\n Arelevant communications qualification and at least three years'experience.

\n Contributeto ETITC ISB as we continue to grow our presence, strengthenindustryrelationships and establish our role within the vocational educationsystem.

\n Helpshape how our ISB communicates, engages, and builds trust with industry.

\n Workclosely with sector leaders, industry bodies, and government partners.

\n Makea genuine impact on Aotearoa's workforce development across the ISB’sessential sectors.
