We’re all about enabling that experience and that’s why we are talking to you. As a marketing manager with significant experience in the traditional, ecommerce and digital space, you have what it takes to help us through the next stage of our growth plan.
What you’ll be doing:
Leading the move to a fully integrated digital and traditional mixed media plan
Building and maintaining effective relationships with key brand owners, external stakeholders, and business partners
Overseeing all aspects of the marketing team including external and internal relationships, development and implementation of marketing plans, monitoring, and analysis of marketing activity against company long term plan and budget.
Owning the e-commerce marketing strategy from the initial click through to ongoing consumer engagement
Developing, enhancing, and growing our marketing team members
What you’ll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, and/or at least six years relevant marketing experience with an in depth understanding of all marketing functions
Extensive campaign and project management experience
Digital and ecommerce marketing integration experience
Proven business planning skills and an understanding of commercial KPI’s
Solid budget and project management experience with the ability to real bang for our marketing buck
Outstanding communication skills and a great sense of humour
An upbeat, can-do attitude with a history of delivery
Hands on coaching and leadership experience
Outstanding organisational skills that mean you and your team always hit the deadlines
And of course, in you are digitally savvy and social media literate
