Software Engineer - AI Squad

Job Description We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing AI Development team.

You'll be a key contributor within a delivery squad, collaborating closely with technical leads, product owners and fellow engineers to build reliable, secure and high-quality software solutions.

\n As part of our AI-accelerated development model, you'll help shape how AI coding assistants are used across the business while developing your own technical and leadership capability.

\n \n Deliver production-ready features from design through to deployment.

\n Use AI coding assistants effectively, critically reviewing and validating generated code before release.

\n Design solutions within established architecture and engineering standards.

\n Debug complex technical issues and identify root causes quickly.

\n Contribute to squad AI practices, prompts and engineering guardrails.

\n Support junior engineers through mentoring, code reviews and everyday guidance.

\n Strong programming skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

\n Experience using Git, CI/CD and automated testing practices.

\n Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Cloudflare.

\n Strong debugging, problem-solving and communication skills.
