Leading Architectural Practice in Wellington seeking a talented Senior Architectural Graduate to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing innovative and functional commercial buildings and spaces.

Award winning projects across commercial, cultural, community, residential and education.
Key Responsibilities:
Be heavily involved in the design process of commercial projects, from concept to completion.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure project requirements are met
Produce high-quality architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations
Conduct site visits and assessments, and prepare documentation for building permits
Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Mentor and manage junior team members, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Revit is a must have.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
Strong design and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Knowledge of New Zealand building codes and regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work well under pressure
Experience across both resource and building consent
A passion for sustainable design and environmental responsibility
Due to the nature of the role you must be in New Zealand with full working rights to be considered for the position with prior experience here in New Zealand.
