Senior Administrator – Enliven, Dunedin

Opportunity for a capable administrator to work flexible hours (part-time) supporting meaningful programmes in service of vulnerable and older people across Otago. Providing professional, high quality administrative support to the Director Enliven and the wider Enliven Management Team.
About the Role
As the senior administrator of Enliven, you will provide professional, high quality administrative support to the Enliven Director and the wider Enliven Management Team. Your tasks will be varied and will include co-ordinating and coordinating the Enliven Community Services Day Activity Programme and providing day to day support for the individualised funding coordinator.
You will be based in Dunedin at our Support Centre but may involve some travel to provide support in the Regions.
Hours: This is a permanent part-time position working approximately 20-25 hours per week.
About You
We would love you to possess (or be able to quickly achieve) the following:
Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications, word processing, computer, and keyboard skills.
Full Drivers Licence
Demonstrated experience with the provision of high-level administrative support activities
Experience providing administrative skills for management and/or project teams
Knowledge of aged care, social services, or health and disability sectors
Knowledge or experience using various databases and information management systems
Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical and problem management skills
Ability in managing multiple priorities and a strong commitment to achieving goals.
Professional maturity to handle sensitive/confidential information and to act with tact, integrity, and maturity.
Relevant tertiary qualification and experience in a similar role.
