Key Responsibilities Paid Ad Campaign Management: Lead the implementation, copywriting, and creative aspects of paid ad campaigns across B2B2C channels, optimising growth and engagement.
Growth Marketing: Be part of the team spearheading ambassador, referral, and loyalty marketing initiatives, identifying and executing growth opportunities.
Conversion Rate Optimisation: Lead test ideas and team efforts to optimise conversion rates, driving significant business growth.
Content Creation and Editing: Produce and edit content using Adobe Suite (INDD, PREM, PSD, LR), maintaining the highest standards of quality and creativity.
Customer Insights: Conduct surveys and analyse analytics to gather and act on customer insights.
Marketing Automation & AI Prompt Engineering: Innovate and implement marketing automation strategies, leveraging AI to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications Demonstrated success in managing and optimising paid ad campaigns with a flair for creative and effective copywriting.
Extensive experience in growth marketing, including ambassador, referral, and loyalty marketing.
Proven experience in marketing and data management, with a strong background in both B2C and B2B environments.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools and dashboard creation.
Adept at analysis, insight dissemination, and marketing automation.
Skilled in customer insights gathering, conversion rate optimization, and marketing management.
