Reporting to Senior Project Manager, the position will form part of the operations team based in Wellington.
Your role will include, but is not limited to: Undertaking activity of stock takes
Ordering consumables for projects and ensuring the yard is sufficiently stocked
Booking accommodation
Setting up new supplier and sub- contracts in system, receipting goods, invoices, and credit card consolidation
Producing Asbestos Removal Control Plansmethod statements, risk assessments and other technical documents with support from internal stakeholders
Selling salvage goods via the company TradeMe page
Keeping accurate records of plant and projects including auditing project files
Assisting with complying job packs and archiving completed projects
Booking training and keep updated training records
Keeping PPE, plant records, PAT’s, service records and repairs registers up to date
To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in a similar role with a background in demolition and asbestos is advantageous but not essential
Good administration and proficient skills
Good time keeping and great interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
Candidates must hold a full driver’s license
