This role is essential for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing electric vehicles, focusing on their unique battery systems and electrical diagnostics. What You'll Be Doing:
Routine Maintenance and Diagnostics: Perform comprehensive maintenance checks and diagnostics to ensure all EVs operate at peak efficiency.
Troubleshooting and Repairs: Identify and resolve issues related to electric vehicle components, including battery packs, motors, and charging systems, using advanced diagnostic tools.
Software and System Management: Update vehicle software, configure control systems, and ensure all vehicle functionalities meet the latest standards.
Customer Education: Inform and educate customers on proper electric vehicle care, charging procedures, and operational tips.
Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of all diagnostics reports, services performed, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and service quality.
Professional Development: Keep abreast of industry developments, new tools, and best practices in EV technology to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
What You Need:
Certification or advanced training in electric vehicle technology or automotive engineering.
Proven experience with electric vehicle service and repairs, or a strong background in automotive electronics.
Proficiency in diagnostic software and familiarity with electrical repair tools.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
